1.1 Showtech.me offers the visitor access to its information offer. Showtech.me does not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against Showtech.me, which refer to material or immaterial nature caused by use or disuse of any information provided through the use of incorrect or incomplete information are excluded, unless Showtech.me is not intentional or grossly negligent fault. All free offers are subject to change and non-binding. Showtech.me expressly reserves the right to change, amend or delete parts of the pages or the entire free offer without prior notice or to discontinue the publication temporarily or permanently.
1.2 Insofar as goods or services are offered via the Showtech.me website, any contracts are concluded between the respective provider and the interested party of such transactions.All offers for goods and services made via Showtech.me are subject to change. 1.2.1 Book market: Delivery is made on account. The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment. If the customer is a merchant, Cologne is agreed as the place of jurisdiction. Place of performance is Cologne.
1.2.2 Job market: Placing offers in the DTHG job market is free of charge only for companies and public institutions that are members of the DTHG. Personal members and non-members pay 60,- € plus 19% VAT (= 71,40 €) per entry.Both placing requests and viewing ads will continue to be free of charge.Users are strongly encouraged to always state that they found the offer at dthg.de when applying for job offers or training and further education offers.
1.2.3 Banner advertising:The possibilities and conditions for placing advertising banners on www.dthg.de can be found here. This offer exists exclusively for corporate members of the DTHG.
Billing takes place at the end of each month.
1.2.4: Marketplace/Classifieds: The DTHG makes the classifieds portal available to users. It expressly does not act as a seller or dealer here and is exempt from any liability. The person who has placed the advertisement is deemed to be the seller with all rights and obligations. The seller's liability is determined by the German Civil Code (BGB) for private sales. According to this, sellers are liable for material defects and for defects of title of the purchased item (§§ 434, 435 BGB).

2.1 The contents published on the website of Showtech.me (texts, images, graphics, sound, video and animation files as well as their design as well as HTML, Java, Flash source codes, etc.) are protected by copyright, both as an individual performance and as a collection. 4. user obligations
4.1 Registered members and guest users acknowledge that no content may be published within the input fields provided by Showtech.me that could violate the rights of third parties. 4.3 Showtech.me is entitled, in the event of an important reason such as the violation of prohibitions mentioned in 4.1 or in the event of non-payment of the fee, not to publish content of members on the website or to remove it from the website and/or to terminate the user relationship without notice.
4.4 Registered members shall place a link to Showtech.me on their own homepage (if available). They shall further endeavor to draw attention to SHOWTECH within the scope of their possibilities (e.g. in their own publications, in a press release, etc.).

6.1. permission to use: A contractual usage relationship is established between the DTHG and the user of the DTHG member logo. It has the character of a continuing obligation and is bound to the company or institution membership in the DTHG, but is not limited in time.
6.2. Authorizations : Companies and institutions (i.e. legal entities) which are members according to the statutes §3 of the DTHG and have paid their membership fee are authorized to use the logo. If a member does not pay the membership fee or does not pay it at the due date, he/she is in default and loses the right to use the DTHG logo.Use is limited to the member company. Parent, subsidiary or sister companies are not entitled to use it.
6.3. Type of use : The use of the logo is provided free of charge to member companies and institutions. This does not constitute a claim to the use of the DTHG logo.Member companies and institutions are obliged to use the logo only in conjunction with their own logo or sign. In particular, the logo may not be used in isolation. Above all, members must ensure that their use of the logo only refers to their membership in the DTHG. They must also make it clear that advertising with the DTHG logo is based on their own actions and does not imply any action on behalf of the DTHG. Any use that is likely to create such a misleading impression must be refrained from. In this sense, use is also permitted on letterheads, printed matter and websites.Commercial use on advertising media such as T-shirts etc. is not permitted.Furthermore, the logo may only be used in the design offered in the download area of the DTHG website. Changes or additions of any kind are not permitted.
6.4. Specimen copies: For any kind of use of the logo, a specimen copy must be sent to the DTHG, Am Hof 28, 50667 Cologne, Germany or by eMail: centrale@dthg.de (pdf file).
6.5. contractual penalty If a member violates these terms of use of the DTHG logo, the DTHG may demand immediate and complete cessation. The printed material shall be destroyed and no distribution shall take place.If the misuse causes damage to the DTHG's reputation or impairment of its public image, a contractual penalty of € 2000.00 (two thousand) shall be due. Further claims for damages are expressly reserved.
6.6. Termination : In the event that important reasons stand in the way of further use of the DTHG logo by members, the DTHG expressly has the right to terminate the use with a notice period of 4 weeks.In the event that a member violates the obligations of this user agreement or the statutes of the DTHG, the DTHG has the right to issue an extraordinary termination with immediate effect.
6.7. Liability: The offer to download the DTHG logo in the download area of the website onto one's own computer may bear the risk of causing damage to the user. The DTHG is expressly not liable for any damage or impairment of functional activity resulting from the download of the logo.
6.8. Place of jurisdiction : Cologne is stipulated as the place of jurisdiction.
6.9. Severability clause : Should the invalidity of a clause of these terms and conditions of use be established at a later date, this shall not result in the general invalidity. The contracting parties are then obliged to replace the invalid provision with a provision that corresponds to the sense and purpose of the terms of use.

dthg.de reserves the right to reject registrations, to withdraw the access authorization of users who violate the General Terms and Conditions and to exclude individual participants at any time without giving reasons.

The use of the showtech.me website and its services, including the registration and all actions, toleration or omissions associated with the use are subject exclusively to German law. showtech.me reserves the right to change individual provisions of these terms and conditions in the future in compliance with applicable laws.The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.Should one or more provisions of these terms of use be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
